Tigist Woldetsadik Sommeno

Tigist Woldetsadik is a Ph.D. research fellow in international business at the University of Agder (UiA). Prior to this, she has received Master of Philosophy degree in Health Economics, and Master of Philosophy degree in Environment and Development Economics from the University of Oslo, Norway. She also completed a Master’s degree in Microfinance from the University of Bergamo, Italy. Tigist, has also experience of working in public, non-governmental organizations(NGOs), university and microfinance sectors, in tasks related to research and development activities.

Projects

 

Tigist Woldetsadik is currently affiliated with CERMI research group. Her Ph.D. topic is on the internationalization of a hybrid organization. In her topic, she is focusing on the influence of moderating and mediating factors in the hybrid organization's internationalization-performance relationship.
