Maria Magdalena Aguilar-Velasco is a Ph.D. Research Fellow at the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder. She holds an MSc in Economics and Administration with the specialization in "Strategy and Management" from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, a MSc in Business Administration with specialization in "International Management" from UiA University of Agder, a MSc in "Event Management with strong focus on Logistics" from Molde University College, as well as a master in "Innovation for Enterprise Development" from The Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico.
Aguilar-Velasco's research focuses on the projectification of work life and its consequences for the project workers and managers. From 1. August 2019, she is also the study program leader of the bachelor program in Marketing and Management and Tourism Management.
In total, Aguilar Velasco has 15 years of relevant work experience in diverse organizations in Mexico and Norway.
