Food and nourishment from early age. The PhD project is called Food4toddlers, a website for norwegian parents of toddlers.
Another research field is the school subject food and health (Home economics)
Work experience
Has worked ten years as a general teacher in elementary school with special emphasis on food and health education (home economics). At the University in Agder i started my work in 2007.

A randomised controlled trial evaluating the effect of an intervention addressing toddlers’ food and eating environment aiming to promote healthy food habits conducive to long-term health.
