Field assistant for Varvaria-Breberium-Bribir Archaeological Project 2017-2019

Research interests

My PhD project is on the history of Christianity in northeast Arabia, i.e. the coastline and islands of the Perso-Arabian Gulf from Kuwait to the United Arab Emirates. The main focus is on the development of monasticism in this region, from ca 350 to ca 800 AD.
