Thomas Schøtt

Professor

Thomas Schøtt is Professor at School of Business and Law at University of Agder.

His e-mail is: tsc@sam.sdu.dk

He earned a Ph.D. at Columbia University and a Postdoc at Yale University.

He teaches research methodology and social network analysis.

He researches societal, regional and global institutions and network organization of entrepreneurship.

He publishes in Research Policy, Small Business Economics, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, and other leading journals.

Previously, he has held professorships in Denmark, USA, China, Colombia, Turkey, Iran, Morocco and Egypt.

He has worked with international bodies such as The United Nations, The World Bank, International Development Research Centre, and the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, GEM.
