Adomako Solomon is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Engineering and Science of the University of Agder, Grimstad Campus. His topic is " Beneficial technical and environmental properties of surplus aggregates applied in road construction."

Prior to his appointment, he worked as an early researcher with the Roads Laboratory (LAS) of the DICAM Department, University of Bologna, Italy. He has a master degree (MSc) in civil engineering.
