Sindisiwe Magutshwa

Sindisiwe Magutshwa is a PhD researcher affiliated to the Centre for Integrated Emergency Management at the department of Information Systems. She is a Middlesex University alumnus with an MSc in Computer Networks and Network Design. She is a Cisco Certified Engineer, holding a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science from the National University of Science and Technology in her native country Zimbabwe. Her research interests include network and infrastructure deployments, security architecture, and protection.

Her current research work relates to the exploration of digitalization in crisis management. Of specific interest is the framing of resilience in the adoption of Cyber-Physical Social Systems in critical infrastructure sectors and crises response.
