Projects

Rómulo Pinheiro is  Professor in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Agder, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of public policy and leadership. 

Romulo heads the research group on governance and leadership in the public sector (GOLEP). 

Romulo  is also a Senior Researcher (part-time) at Agderforskning's Innovation Group, a Visiting Professor (Higher Education) at the University of Tampere, Finland, Associate Member of the ExCID's (Expert Cutlures & Institutional Dynamics) research group based at the University of Oslo, and a long-time collaborator of HEDDA - an European consortia of research centers in the field of higher education studies. He is also affiliated with RIS - the Centre for Advanced Studies in Regional Innovation Strategies, based in Agder, Norway.

Romulo's research interests lie at the intersection between public policy and administration, organizational studies, regional science and innovation, and higher education studies.
