Bachelor in day-care education from Københavns Professionshøjskole (University College Copenhagen), after which I worked as a pedagogical leader in Norway. Master in Kindergarten knowledge (Early Childhood Education and Care) at University of Agder.

Ongoing (2023): "Kindergarten teachers' leadership of development and implementation processes in the Regional project for competency development in kindergartens". Together with Torild Marie Olsen (project lead), Eugene Guribye, Trine Smiseth Dale, Monica Endresen Barken & Silje Vegge.
Ongoing (2023): "Age homo- and heterogeneity in kindergarten groups". Independent research with some collaborations.
