Office:
J2002 ( Universitetsveien 25, Kristiansand )

I am a marine biologist specialising in marine microalgae and bacteria. I am interested in interdisciplinary collaborations to come up with solutions for solving ecological problems.

My PhD project aims to identify and understand the succession of marine microbes in a newly established time series in southern Norway  using metabarcoding. I am also aiming to understand the role of gene expression in diatoms in response to different nutrient conditions.

I also am a member of Centre for Coastal Research (CCR)
