Kari Lunøe-Nielsen works as an assistant professor at the Department of Law at the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder. She holds a cand. jur-law degree from the University of Oslo. She teaches a wide range of legal subjects, but her main focus is employment and labor law. 

Lunøe-Nielsen heads the University of Agder’s bachelor program in law, which she helped establish in 2011. She is also a member of the Electoral Council at the University of Agder.
