Work experience

19 years in the construction business. 

Experience both from the consultant, client and contractor side.

10 years in Skanska working with lean construction. Project Manager for implementing lean construction in Skanska Norway. Member of the Global Expert Group for operational efficency in Skanska AB, member of Task Force Group for forming the strategy on operational efficiency on Skanska AB level. Worked as HSE and QA Manager on region level +planner and design manager at project level.

Started in 2017 Solid Plan AS, a consultancy firm within lean construction. 

November 2017 Employed as a assistant professor.

Started phd project, within lean construction, on the 15th of januar 2018 with excpected date of completion 14 th of januar 2023 (part time 50%).  

Academic interests

Main interests: Strategies on Operational Efficiency, continous improvement and leadership with lean filosofy.
