Hilde Norbakken

Hilde Norbakken (originally from Smøla, Møre og Romsdal) is living in Kristiansand. She teaches vocal and songwriting at the Institute of Popular Music at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Agder. 

Norbakken is also performing a lot as a singer, and has collaborated with a large number of Norwegian artists, both as a soloist, backup singer and pianist. 

Norbakken special fields as vocal teacher is the development of vocal and artistic character, genre knowledge in the vocal-field, vocal technique and songwriting.

Research interests

Mainly artistic activity. Concerts, songwriting, arranging, vocal-production, and albumreleases. 

Courses and teaching

Teaches vocal and songwriting. Developing Bachelor and Master in songwriting.
