Analyse en Control of Adjustable Speed ​​Pump-Turbine Units

The research project focuses on the modeling and analysis of the dynamic behavior of adjustable-speed pump-turbine units, which include hydraulic and electrical components. Advanced vector control methods for engine-based hydropower pump-turbine units will be developed. Det primære mål er at effektivt styre genereringen af ​​aktiv og reaktiv kraft og for at reducere pumpesystemets energiforbrug gennem kontrolalgoritmer og driftspraksis. De projektoppgaver omfatter, men er ikke begrænset til, udvikling og modellering kontrolstrategier for real-time operation. The control algorithm will be validated via hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and scaled experimental setup.
