University of New South Wales is one of Australia’s leading university in the area research and teaching. The university is ranked within the world’s top 50 university and is a member of the Group of Eight, which includes Australia’s 8 leading universities.
UNSW Business School has both EQUIS and AACSB accreditation and is in close contact with business world in both teaching and network building.
The University has over 55,000 students from 137 different countries and is located in Kensington, approximately 7 kilometers outside the city center of the iconic, world-famous Sydney. You can find all the necessary facilities on campus, from gyms to banks, cafes to student housing.

24 UNSW credits is equivalent to 30 ECTS at UiA.
Student housing is located either on or off campus. There is no guaranteed housing for international students. Students are either placed in “halls of residence” or a house with many other students. It costs approximately AUD 300-400 per week. Here you can find more information about housing, along with other useful information.
Applicants must have a C average or better. (GPA minimum 3)
UNSW requires a 4 in English from High School. The grade must be obtained within the last 10 years prior to the exchange period.

Attention: Some students must complete an additional health check. This costs approximately 2-3000 kroner and is completed at specialized doctors (so called Panel Physicians) in Oslo and Bergen. (as of 2019) The reason for the extra health checks can be, for example, if you have traveled within the last 5 years to high risk countries, such as Africa, some countries in Asia and South America.
