Metropolia University of Applied Sciences (Finnish: Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu) is the largest university of applied science in Finland. The university is located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, which is the capital of Finland, and consists of approx. 16,500 students.
UiA collaborates with the music education (classical and pop/jazz) at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences through the Nordplusmusic network.
Tuition
UiA is free to nominate qualified candidates, but it is Metropolia University of Applied Sciences that chooses how many students they can accept. The number of seats can thus vary from year to year.

If you apply for an exchange within this network you will get a monthly grant from the network. The grant varies in size from year to year but can be around EUR 200 per month.
Credits and Modules
Students from UiA must take 30 ECTS per semester.
