Carina Ribe Fernee at the Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences has submitted her thesis entitled «Into Nature. A realist Exploration of Wilderness Therapy in Adolescent Mental Health Care in Norway”, and will defend the thesis for the PhD-degree Tuesday 6 August 2019.
She has followed the PhD programme in Health and Sport Sciences. The Study are funded by av Sørlandets kompetansefond (in Norwegian only) and Abup - Avdeling for barn og unges psykiske helse ved Sørlandet sykehus HF (Department for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ABUP), Sorlandet Hospital) (in Norwegian only).
The trial lecture and the public defence will take place at Knut Hamsuns auditorium – B1-007, Campus Kristiansand, Tuesday 6 August 2019.
Head og the Department of Psychosocial Health, Associate Professor Siri Håvås Haugland, will chair the disputation.
Trial lecture at 10:15 a.m.
Public defense at 12:30 p.m.
