POEM is a conference for researches working in early childhood mathematics education. We are still faced with the key question: In which way – and how much – should children be ‘educated’ in mathematics before entering primary school? In a working atmosphere, focussing on interaction and exchange, we want to address this question together with the participants, in order to start and maintain a research network in early mathematics learning.
After the conference was held in Frankfurt a.M. in 2012, Malmö in 2014, and Karlsruhe in 2016, we now want to invite you to join the 4th POEM conference from May 29th to 30th in Kristiansand, Norway.
