The Norwegian National Qualification Framework defines the content of the study programmes, formative assessment during the courses and final examinations. International trends points to more digitization and supranational accreditation of study programmes and schools. At the same time, there is an increased focus on learning and learning competences of the students often challenged by these trends.
How will digitization and the need for standardised documentation expressed in accreditation programmes on one hand and an increased interest in finding new learning methods affect the discourse of assessment and the assessment methods in higher education?
