Claus Wang, senior Adviser, Learning Managment System

I find UiA as very eager to try new things.

It was like ”a dream” to establish myself in Southern Norway. After living in Elverum, I really like the lack of snow and cold weather here in the south. Kristiansand is a great city. It just big enough with a lot to see and do, but small enough that you feel like a part of a great local community.

I belong to the administration at UiA, where I, among other things, work with Student Services and IT.

Our job as administrative employees is to support the production that is happening within teaching and research. I find UiA as very eager to try new things, which is very positive. An example is digital exams, where we are the biggest in Norway. We get to bloom and evolve, and it makes UiA a very interesting and nice place to work. I have no problem with recommending people to send in an application to us if there happens to be a relevant position available, he says.
