Gender equality adviser

Gender equality adviser Kristian Solaas heads the equality and integration work at UiA.

His duties include monitoring and evaluating the action plan for gender equality and integration, in collaboration with the Equality and Inclusion Committee and the leadership team.

The gender equality adviser is the main driver and coordinator promoting exchange of experience and learning in connection with our efforts to advance gender equality and integration, and is included in committees which relate to quality assurance of programmes of study etc.

The gender equality adviser accepts complaints and cooperates with management on follow up.
