Study options, entry requirements and application process

The academic year has begun and UiA are no longer accepting new students for this semester. 

Study offers

The University of Agder offers English language study programmes for qualified applicants with refugee status in accordance with Chapter 4 of the Act relating to the admission of foreign nationals into the realm and their stay here (Immigration Act).

UiA also has individual courses that are taught in English. Some start in the autumn, while others start in the spring or summer semester. These are shorter courses that range from 5 to 30 credits. Courses are available at both bachelor's and master's level.

We recommend that students who plan to study in English enrol in the course Practical English (5 credits). The course can be combined with most programmes and is a good help for students who study in English.
