Department of Economics and Finance is located at Campus Kristiansand. Department of Economics and Finance, Department of Management and Department of Law have a shared responsibility for study programmes offered by the School of Business and Law.

The departments have a shared responsibility for the study programmes offered by the School of Business and Law. However, academic staff members at the Department of Management have a particular responsibility for courses in marketing, management, organisation theory, research methods, ethics etc. This is also reflected in the research areas of the academic staff. 

The departments have a shared responsibility for the study programmes offered by the School of Business and Law. However, the Department of Law is mainly responsible for teaching courses in the Bachelor's programme in Law as well as law courses in other bachelor programmes at the University of Agder. In addition, academic staff members are responsible for a wide range of law courses in continuing and further education.

The Department of Law is located at Campus Kristiansand.

The Department of Working Life and Innovation is located at Campus Grimstad.

Research activities and teaching include a wide range of disciplines. Significant research areas are innovation, knowledge management and work life. The departments have a shared responsibility for the study programmes offered by the School of Business and Law.
