It is important that you attend the orientation meeting:

However your exam is slightly modified, and you will be registered for the exam in the corresponding NOU-courses. The exams office will do this for you in due course.

Timetables and overlapping timetables
All timetables at UiA are subject to change, so check regularly for updates. You will find details in the timetables as well as in Canvas. In Canvas the lecturers will provide more detailed information about how the courses are organized.
Due to possible overlapping timetables we cannot guarantee that all the course combinations that you have signed up for will be a possible option. However, we have a number of collision-free packages listed on our website.
If it is unclear whether or not you can combine courses, send an e-mail to your academic coordinator (see the list below).
Important: Please use course codes and state your student number when contacting us.
Students who have to change courses should send an e-mail to Jannicke Sletten jannicke.sletten@uia.no and apply for new courses. Remember that you need approval from your home university in order to change courses!
Remember to check both time tables and examination dates to avoid collisions.
Please observe: Only students on master-level in the field of study (fourth or fifth year) are eligible for admission to master-level courses (courses with 400 or 500 codes).
Problems with studentweb? Contact the Global Lounge for guidance.
Admitted to too many courses? If you have been admitted to more courses than you will actually take, please remember to withdraw from these in studentweb soonest.
After you have received our confirmation of the change, please bring your Learning Agreement to the International Office for signature (if required by your home university).
