The Board at the University of Agder has approved the establishment of a Clinical Programme in Psychology, Master’s Degree Program (6 years). The degree programme will be located at the Faculty of Health and Sport Sciences in Kristiansand. There is already a large academic psychology community in Agder, which will be even bigger when the professional degree programme is up and running. The plan is therefore to create a new department at the faculty. As a first step, the faculty management has decided to establish an academic group in psychology. The goal of this subject group is to gather the academic employees and research groups that make up the psychology community at the university. Included here is the university’s new and visionary venture on neuroscience as a new research field. This site gives an overview of the research environment and provides news on psychology and neuroscience.
