Whoever is denied voting rights, may still be given the opportunity to submit his or her vote. Any such ballots must be placed in a sealed envelope, labelled with the elector's name and address, and delivered to the Electoral board’s secretary Elin Gauslaa in A6 at Campus Kristiansand, by hand and no later than at the end of the voting period. The ballot will then be kept safe considering appeals.
