Energy: Unveiling the Present and Shaping the Future

Prepare to embark on a journey through the captivating world of energy and engage with cutting-edge research, innovative ideas, and connect with like-minded professionals.
We live in a climate and a nature crisis, where energy production is an important part of the negative effects of human activity. Furthermore, energy is weaponized in the war in Ukraine, disrupting distribution and challenging democratic control. In short, we must change how we use, produce, and distribute energy.
Energy is closely connected to many of the UN development goals. Research and development connected to electricity, oil and gas, as well as transport, building materials and storage, and finally green energy sources like solar and wind power, is an important part of the solution.
