This seminar invites you to explore your individual strengths and to develop them together with others. We will embrace our diversity and use it to co-create a better reality. Andreas, Themis, Michael, and Maurice explore ways to express yourself in harmony with your surroundings.
Based on modern brain research and positive psychology, you will learn how to improve your mood and change your environment. You will get concrete advice that you can apply immediately, and you will work together with the other participants in defining yourself.
We will investigate the following topics:
