Letters and confirmations

Do you need a letter of confirmation or a transcript?

You can get the following confirmations/letters from the Student Service Centre (Servicetorget)

  • Your examination transcript (this you can order from your Studentweb or Vitnemålsportalen)
  • Registration for examination (shows which classes you are registered for)
  • Your semesterfee/invoice (before 1 February and 1 September, you can also order this on your Studentweb)
  • Semestercard (a confirmation that you have payed your semesterfee). We recommend you use the app called Studentbevisappen.
  • Confirmation of studies
  • Confirmation that you are a full time student
