Mobility Stipends
Doctoral students can apply for a mobility stipend to cover part of the costs for a one month stay at some other Nordic University. Applications can be sent at any time of the year to the director of the Nordic Graduate School, Barbro Grevholm, by email or post.
The application should contain:
- a CV and list of publications (if appropriate) for the applicant
- a short description of the motives for moving to a different place
- a letter from the sending and the accepting institution showing their support
- a budget detailing costs for travels, lodging and other specific matters implied by the visit
- a letter from one of the supervisors, explaining the value in the researcher education for the doctoral student of a visit at a foreign university
The Nordic Graduate School in Mathematics Education can support up to five students per year with a stipend of around 25000 NOK.
