Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries
Department for Information Systems is hosting the international conference in cooperation with Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu, Nepal 22.-25. May 2011
The organization behind is The International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP). Hereunder, several Technical Committees - one of which is TC9 Relationship between Computers and Society - have formed several Working Groups to work with research in various areas.
WG9.4 Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries - whose members include Maung K. Sein and Bjørn Furuholt from University of Agder, Norway - are now hosting this 11th International Conference on Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries.
