Researching Religious Diversity

The course consists of lectures and seminars which examine the challenges of research in the field of religion, society and politics in religiously and culturally diverse settings. Qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods used in the sociology and psychology of religion and in interdisciplinary studies will be addressed, as will using these methods in societies in Europe and the Middle East.

5 ECTS, granted on the basis of active participation and completion of a brief preparatory assignment and 10-12 page final assignment.
