Voviology Meditation
Everybody has life sustaining energy, but due to daily life activities, the energy disperses out into many directions. A person will receive universal energy during meditation to recover the diminishing energy. The universal energy is an infinite source of energy and is the strongest when a person is in the state of tranquility.
Tranquility is a state of emptiness with no life’s distractions. Only through emptiness, the universal energy enters the body and wisdom develops. Meditation helps develop peace and tranquility, which eliminates stress or worries. A person who meditates does not easily become nervous, disconcerted or become stressful upon changes in the daily life. Meditation helps lessen a person’s anger, selfishness, greed, and temper which are reasons to people’s failure. People need to meditate to have a peaceful mind and flourish happiness.
With consistency, people can benefit from meditation.
