Jos Raymenants
Age: 26
From: Brussels
Background: Masters in Political Science from Brussels. International Relations, Antwerpen.
Current student status: European Integration Summer School (EISS), 2008
Why this program: I did not have that much courses in this topic, so I found it interesting to learn more. It will probably improve my chances for an internship.
Hopefully, I can get a job in the EU system in Brussels
About the program: Very satisfied so far. Having two professors with research background from London School of Economics is great.
About UiA: It is not so expensive. There is no tuition fee. Really democratic.
Job opportunities: Hopefully, I can get a job in the EU system in Brussels.

Why this program: I wanted to take a summer course, and I was surfing the Internet when this program came up. My supervisor on my thesis said that the professors at EISS had a very good reputation and that the level therefore would be very high.
My supervisor on my thesis said that the professors at EISS had a very good reputation
About the program: It is a good mix of practice and theory. First background information and then in-depth studies. There are various approaches, which gives a good balance.
About UiA: It is fantastic that they have managed to get top professors to teach this summer course.
Job opportunities: I do not know yet, but maybe something in the EU?
