Application
Fellowships will be announced whenever there are openings. Applicants are asked to submit their application and CV online. To see if there are any fellowships announced at the moment, please check Vacancies
Candidates providing their own project funding may apply to the program following the guidelines speficied below.
Eligibility for the program
General requirement: Applicants who have at least a master degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study will be considered for admission. In addition, there is a requirement for at least one and a half years of study in subjects related to information systems.
Compensatory course work: Applicants with a master degree or equivalent, but who do not have sufficient knowledge in information systems, will be requested to take additional courses at the master level before being formally accepted into the programme. A PhD Programme Committee will decide on an individual basis which/how many additional courses at the master level will be required.
Grade requirement: Average of B (or equivalent) or better.

Application
Together with the application letter, applicants are required to send two complete sets of the following documentation in English:
- Certified copies of certificates
- Three letters of recommendation
- Publication list.
- Publications and documentation of other R&D activities
- The Master thesis (or equivalent).
- Project proposal (of approximately 4-6 pages)
Selection Procedure
Each candidate is evaluated by a selection committee based on the documents provided. In addition, some candidates may be contacted by faculty members for an additional supporting telephone interview.
Once the selection committee has finalised the list of candidates accepted to the programme, applicants are contacted and informed about their application status.
