Creative Enterprise Futures Boot Camp
Students will attend a 10 day residential International Boot Camp in different countries, providing a multitude of challenges and learning opportunities, allowing them to explore not only their creative, but entrepreneurial skills.
Demand Dignity
Amnesty International volunteers in Kristiansand organized an awareness day recently, the theme being maternal death and human rights abuse. They held their protest in UiA’s main hall from early morning until all the students had finished classes.
International Potluck Dinner
An international dinner was organized at Østsia in the spirit of International Week. It was a Potluck dinner, so everybody brought a dish from their country to share with the rest of the students. There was everything from the well-known American apple pie or Italian pasta to the more exotic foods from all over Asia and even Africa.
Conference with Crown Prince Haakon
Crown Prince Haakon was the guest of honour at the conference arranged at the UiA on the 20th of September. Prince Haakon is a Goodwill Ambassador for the UNDP(United Nations Development Program) and has also founded with Princess Mette-Marit "The Crown Prince and Crown Princess' Humanitarian fund".
