Guidelines for writing a project proposal

• Your idea for a a project proposal/application must be presented to your head of department ("instituttleder") and approved before you set about writing the actual project proposal. Contact: Your head of department.
• Please send a budget outline to the faculty financial officer at least 5 working days before submission to tekreal-projects@uia.no. Contact persons: Line Hammarlund, Lillian Egelandsaa
• After you have submitted the project proposal, send a copy of all important material related to the proposal for electronic archiving to tekreal-projects@uia.no. Contact person: Victoria Belous.
• Important document updates, letters and contracts that you receive after the initial submission should be forwarded for electronic archiving to tekreal-projects@uia.no. Contact person: Victoria Belous.
• Please note that the administrative contact person ("prosjektansvarlig") with regards to proposals for the Research Council of Norway (NFR) is Faculty Director Magne Aasheim Knudsen (email address: tekreal-projects@uia.no).

These guidelines will be updated by the faculty administration as required. Until then, Dean Frank Reichert would like to ask all academic staff to follow this procedure for new project proposals.

"Fakultet for teknologi og realfag har virksomhet på Campus Grimstad og Campus Kristiansand. Fakultetet ble etablert 1. august 2007 ved å slå sammen de to fakultetene for teknologi og realfag.
