Mechatronics
Welcome to Alumni Mechatronics.
The purpose of the Alumni is as follows:
- To collect contact information for mechatronics engineers (Bachelor and Master) who have graduated from the University of Agder since 1990.
- To offer a discussion forum for mechatronics and other engineers in southern Norway.
- To be an information channel for engineers in regional and national companies in order to collect and discuss future thesis projects (bachelor and master).
- To be a social meeting point on the net and a facilitator for reunion activities.
The log in to Alumni Mechatronics is done in Fronter . A username and password can be obtained from geir.hovland@uia.no. A networking group for NODE Mekatronikk at LinkedIn has also been created.
The figures above show the number of graduated mechatronics engineers in the period 1990-2008. In total 748 engineers have graduated from 1990 to June 2011. The red columns starting in 2008 show the number of students with a trade certificate background in mechanical engineering. Since June 2010 engineers with a master's degree in Mechatronics have graduated from UiA.
