Upon completion of the course, students will have acquired the necessary knowledge to understand and reflect over

- causes of conflicts in organisations
- strategies for handling conflicts
- various theoretical negotiation models
- various negotiation techniques and methods
The course includes various theoretical negotiation models and strategies as well as theories about conflict causes, development and solution possibilities.

Lectures, group work with cases, roleplay and student presentations
Participation in compulsory group activities and roleplay. Approved compulsory groupwork.
