- Takes responsibility in the practice group
- Knows the values and visions of the practice school
- Hands in a planning form for each lesson and period/week
- Shows respect for pupils, parents and fellow workers

- Participates actively in the school and in the group
- Shows consideration for pupils with different qualifications
- Is able to reflect on own teacher role
Professional competence:
- Has knowledge about different ways of adapted teaching
- Has knowledge about the use of curriculum and teaching aids
- Has knowledge about various teaching methods
Didactic competence:
- Can use various teaching methods in mathematics and Norwegian
- Can observe and try out adapted teaching
- can make work plans for the pupils
Change and development competence:
- Can analyse own practice experiences in the light of theory, curriculum and experiences with different pupils.

After completed practice the tutor writes an individual written evaluation graded Pass/Fail.
The grade is given on the basis of the tutor´s evaluation of the student´s learning outcome of the five competence areas.
The student will present his/her evaluation report for the tutor of the next practice period.
