Having completed the course, students will
-
have knowledge about children´s language development, culture
and use of media
- be able to become involved in
communicating children´s literature
- demonstrate how
to use games and conversation to stimulate language
development
- be able to express themselves in a
professional manner
The course consists of three areas: professional
knowledge; educational work with children; interaction and
reflection.
Coursework will alternate between
theoretical knowledge, practice, independent work, professional
assignments and didactic reflection.
Lectures, seminars and tutoring. Students will have to take part in both professional discussions and proposal presentation.
In order to become eligible for the oral
examination, students must have passed.
One group
project with accompanying oral presentation, and one individual
written assigmnet.
