After having completed the course, the student will:
- have developed an insight into and an understanding for Methodology of training to ensure that the student can plan and prepare for activities in various sports on various levels

The theory of activity will serve as both a basis and as a specific arena for the more theoretical subjects in the study.
Seminars, practical work and project work. As part of the teaching the students will do tests. The course assumes a great deal of self studying.
All instruction in practical sports is compulsory (please see course brochure).
Approved attendance, participation, knowledge and skills in the different sport disciplines/activities, described in the course brochure.
The student must pass both the following examinations:
Mid term examination
Assesment is related to training practice. During the study programme the student must plan, implement, record and evaluate training for an athlete in one or several of the sports. Requirements for the project are described in the course brochure. Counts 60%.
End term examination
A 3-hour written individual examination in Sport and Physical Education - Activities and Methodology of training. Counts 40%.
The examination will be graded.
