Norwegian.
On successful completion of this course, the student should be able to: - use theory of science and research methods and have knowledge of music in society - accomplish a research project in arts wherepractice and theory are combined
Course contents: - Music Science and Music Presentation - Theory of science - Methods of research - Project - Assignments seminar
The course makes use of lectures and group seminars. Compulsory attendance.
- Compulsory assignments - Compulsory attendance, assessed as passed - Test in Theory of Science, assessed as passed
- Individual oral examination in the subject Music Science (40%) - In-depth project in Music Presentation (60%) Assessed on the basis A-F (with A as the highest level and F as fail).
