FR-112-1 French Literature
Autumn
French and Norwegian
After completion of the course the students shall have acquired knowledge about French literature from several periods and genres. They shall have the ability to analyse and place texts in a historical and social context. The course aims to further improve the students´ ability to understand and express themselves in French, both orally and in writing.
French literature from the 17th century til today, literary theory and history, text analysis.
Lectures and seminars.
A written assignment must be assessed as a Pass.
5-hour written examination in the spring semester. Graded assessment.
