Learning outcomes After completing the course, the student is expected to dimensioning simple: water supply installations and appurtenant installations and equipment installations for wastewater and appurtenant installations and equipment

Course contents An introduction to hydrology, surface- and subsoil water and water reservoirs. Attention is paid to design and performance of technical and physical properties of constructions for depoting and transporting water. Approaches are discussed on how to erect, maintain and operate such installations.

Teaching methods Lectures 2 hours per week and exercises 2 hours per week.

Examination requirement Satisfactory submission of compulsory exercises.

Assessment methods and criteria 3-hour individual written examination under supervision. Graded assessment.
