The students should have acquired knowledge of central theories of personnel economics and how these should be applied in specific situations.

Theories of labour supply and demand Wage formation in differnt labour markets Different wage, worker compensation and incentive systems Training and human capital investment Review of personell economics calculations on individual and firm level.

Lectures and group work.

Approved mandatory assignments.

4-hour written examination with graded marks.
