Bachelor's Programme in Fine Arts - Specialisation in Arts and Crafts

High School diploma or High School equivalency exam or relevant work experience.
The students will receive knowledge of arts and crafts and at the same time be qualified for work where art subjects are important.
On successful completion of the programme students are expected to - develop aesthetic qualifications and practical skills - know important directions in the history of architecture - disseminate knowledge about art
This programme is organized in such a way that the students the first three semesters take arts and crafts subjects (90 credits). In addition they have to take 60 credits other arts-subjects. Compulsory attendance will be required for parts of the courses (see course description). Integrated theoretical and practical work. Alternative practice training is included in the programme.

A study abroad programme may be included in the programme. Students may spend one semester at a university with which Faculty of Fine Arts has an agreement. Contact Student mobility adviser for further information about current exchange institutions.
For in-depth studies in 2.year of programme, the student have to pass 50 ECTS in arts subjects.
This education qualifies for work with art subjects in Primary and Secondary School.
