Completed basic music studies. Admission possibilities for students with 60 credits in music, passed entrance test in music theory and aural training and documented knowledge of composition and arrangement

The Examination Regulations of the University of Agder regulate the graduation requirements for each programme of study.
On successful completion of this programme, the students should be able to - have theoretical insight and practical skills in composition - work independent in connection with music/PC/audio/effects in films and television
The study programme is organised as a part-time study lasting two semesters. Teaching is organised as group lessons and individual work with supervision.

The programme may be included in the 3-year bachelor programme in Music Performance, or it may be chosen as continuing professional development in Arrangement and Composition.
