Completed basic music studies. Admission possibilities for students with 60 credits in music, passed entrance test in music theory and aural training and documented knowledge of music technology.

The Examination Regulations of the University of Agder regulate the graduation requirements for each programme of study.
On successfull completion of this programme students should be able to - have developed competence in music production - use electronic instruments and computer technology for sound technicians in a creative method
The study programme is organised as a part-time study lasting two semesters. Teaching is organised as lectures, group lessons and individual work with supervision. Demonstration and testing of sound equipment is carried out in a professional sound studio.

The Programme may be included in the 3-year bachelor programme in Music Performance, or it may be chosen as continuing professional development in Music Technology.
