Apply for exchange
Step 1: Online application
The online application is for exchange students from partners institutions ONLY. To use this application, you must be approved by your home university for exchange (one semester or two semesters). If you are not enrolled at a partner institution, please go here.
Step 2: Learning agreement and transcript
In addition to the online application, we must receive a learning agreement signed by you, your academic coordinator and your international office. An official transcript of records must also be submitted with your learning agreement. Download the learning agreement here:
Please also enclose a photo of yourself so we can find you on arrival day. (See the addresses below.)
Application deadlines for exchange students:
1 May: for courses starting in the autumn semester
15 October: for courses starting in the spring semester

When you are finished with the online application, remember to send a learning agreement and transcript to the correct campus, either by e-mail or by post. We will not process the application until we have received all documentation.
